About Me
Who am I?
Hi there I'm Ethan, I'm a game design student at UCF and am a part of the class of 2023. Ive been into video games as a player since i was 6 years old when i got my first console and i got into development during the 7th grade and i pretty quickly realized that this was my passion and what i wanted to do for a career.
I would describe myself as a more technical designer with a focus on level design. I have the experience to do a little bit of just about all aspects of a game development pipeline which i think helps me as a designer since it allows me to get my points across to the more specialized members of a team or in a small team/in a pinch i can serve as an emergency backup for multiple roles.
My passion with games and game design is the storytelling that video games can achieve. No medium has the capabilities that games does to immerse a person into a story and to tell as complex as a story as games. Additionally one of my passions with games is being able to create characters from under-represented communities.
